At HIR, we have invested in developing simple-to-use online collaboration systems to track project status, host conference calls, capture key discussions and decisions, and share past and current revisions of all project documents. All online systems are password protected with individual user ID profiles designed to provide appropriate access for specific individuals on the team.

For a nominal charge, clients are provided with 24/7 access to the latest revisions of project documents, online discussion boards, scheduling tools, and a task list manager.
Upon project completion the entire project website, including file attachments, is downloaded to a DVD and given to the client for permanent filing. As an added benefit, the DVD backup opens in a web browser and navigates just like the original website making it fast and easy to find the information needed in the future.
