Heartland Information Research (HIR) began as an information research service providing businesses with employee background checks, competitive research, and other services all designed to give clients the information they needed to make better decisions.
Helping people find information evolved into a broader range of services that now encompasses the field known as management consulting services. In short, you have a problem, we'll find an answer or help find a reliable resource with the solution.
Today, we serve a range of clients including government agencies, owner-managed businesses, and nonprofits.
We do not know everything, but we try to know who can help or how to find the resources you need.
So although we've grown beyond just providing information, our mantra has stayed the same:
