Our LEAN Office approach ensures continuous improvement becomes a routine part of your organization.

Step 1: Brief presentation to senior management to gain buy-in and support.
Step 2: Identify a known problem area for an initial LEAN Office event.
Step 3: Plan and complete a LEAN Office event by inviting affected individuals
            empowered by managers to implement improvements.
Step 4: Measure and report on improvements and any remaining action items.
Step 5: Identify, train, and assist in-house LEAN facilitators to target additional areas.
Step 6: Assist with documenting LEAN Office processes, templates, and other tools
            that simplify future LEAN improvement activities.

On an ongoing basis we can provide or recommend additional Train-the-Trainer services and assist management with monitoring progress.
